Where is the best place to buy action figures?
I need to find a good place to buy soft plastic action figures. I am a beginner action figure customizer and have had little to no experience, I don’t have very much cash so i need someplace that doesnt charge too much, and maybe you could throw in some good action figures to start with. If you know any for a beginner.
